The body speaks, and if we take the time to listen to it — without trying to fix everything right away — it becomes a precious guide toward new insights.

For me, prevention means going back to the source, before imbalances take hold. It is about restoring meaning where automatisms, habits, or disconnection may have taken place.

My approach is gentle and practical: nutrition, lifestyle, breathing, rhythm, connection to oneself… Simple tools that encourage autonomy. No rigid protocols, no miracle promises — just a human and clear-sighted accompaniment to help each person find balance and reconnect with their true capacity to listen within.
