My name is Malorie, I'm a medical assistant specializing in lymphatic drainage and Reiki, and I welcome you to my Capsule Bien-être practice.

Over the course of my career, I've developed the Two Flows method, a holistic approach that works symbiotically on lymphatic flow and energy flow. This method enables me to support the body and mind as a whole, taking into account circulation, energy, emotions and what the body expresses consciously or unconsciously.

By working in symbiosis with lymphatic drainage and Reiki, I accompany women experiencing emotional overload, intense stress and deep fatigue, sometimes associated with weight gain, water retention, a feeling of swelling, heaviness or bodily discomfort.

I also work with women whose minds are very busy, feeling blurred, unclear, scattered or disconnected from their body's messages.

The Two Flux method helps to balance body and mind, to support unconscious blockages that can impact circulation and energy, and to help the body regain greater fluidity, clarity and lightness, always gently, without forcing, rushing or feeling guilty.

The aim of each session is to support a better circulation of lymphatic and energy flows, in order to release what's holding us back, re-launch inner movement, and enable the body and mind to return to a freer, more harmonious flow.
