Kinesiology is a holistic, gentle and non-invasive therapeutic approach, accessible to all ages. It aims to rebalance body and mind by acting on the interactions between the nervous system, emotions and body structure.

I use muscle testing to dialogue with the body and identify energetic, emotional, structural or biochemical imbalances. Balancing techniques help to

- soothe the nervous system,

- reduce stress and mental overload,

- release internal tensions,

- support naturalself-regulation,

- promote better inner alignment,

- improve vitality and emotional stability.

In short, kinesiology enables a global harmonization of the body-mind-emotions system, for a smoother, clearer and more balanced functioning.

Listening, authenticity and non-judgment guide my practice. I like to say that I'm a non-achiever: only you know what's right for you. My role is to accompany you, not to decide for you.

In a structured, caring, confidential and reassuring environment, I adapt to your pace and your needs to promote calm, emotional clarity, inner stability and understanding of what's going on inside you.

Each session is unique and aims for lasting well-being, better stress management and overall balance.

My personal journey before becoming a therapist - adjustment, emotional overload and personal transformation - helps me on a daily basis to understand how the emotional system works, the body's protective mechanisms and how everyone reacts to stress and change.

My aim is to help you regain balance, clarity and inner stability, at your own pace, with greater confidence and serenity.

Subsequent sessions: CHF 130

Payment is made at the session, preferably in cash, or by Twint.
