About me

As a qualified paramedic for ten years, I have accompanied hundreds of people in sometimes difficult emotional and physical situations. This experience deeply rooted me in listening, human understanding and a sincere desire to help.

I discovered hypnosis in 2020, while preparing for the birth of our second daughter with HypnoBirthing®. Fascinated by the power of this approach, I decided to train myself to integrate it fully into my professional career.

Today, I'm a Master Practitioner in OMNI® Hypnosis, trained at the MHP | Hypnosis school, renowned for its pragmatic, structured and solution-oriented approach.

The OMNI® method, based on Elmanian hypnosis, is renowned for its effectiveness and speed, with results observed in 1 to 3 sessions for the majority of problems.
