Health Points are consultation centers dedicated to the management of day-to-day care. They provide rapid access to nursing care for everyday situations, in an organized and accessible setting. Patients are cared for by qualified nurses, with a coordinated care pathway based on a medical file shared with the attending physician.

Consultations cover frequent health problems such as mild ENT disorders (colds, sore throats, otitis, conjunctivitis), urinary tract infections, small wounds or burns, tick bites, minor sprains, back pain or simple dermatological problems. The Health Points also offer advice and preventive measures on blood pressure, diabetes, sleep and smoking.

When necessary, prescriptions, work stoppages and rapid tests can be carried out on site. Consultations are free of charge for OptiMed - Delta Santé policyholders, with no deductible or co-payment.

The Health Points are a local solution for facilitating access to care and, if necessary, directing patients towards appropriate medical follow-up.
