Point Santé - Réseau de soins Delta, located in Geneva, is a consultation center dedicated to the rapid management of everyday healthcare needs. It is aimed at patients requiring a medical assessment without a hospital appointment, in an accessible and coordinated setting.

The Health Points mainly deal with day-to-day situations that are not life-threatening emergencies. Consultations are carried out by qualified nurses, with follow-up coordinated with the attending physician via a shared medical file, promoting continuity of care.

Treatments generally provided at Point Santé include light ENT ailments, urinary tract infections, minor wounds or burns, tick bites, minor sprains, lower back pain, as well as certain simple dermatological problems. The center also offers preventive health care and health advice (blood pressure, diabetes, sleep, smoking).

If required, prescriptions, work stoppages and rapid tests can be issued.

Points Santé does not cover life-threatening emergencies such as severe chest pain, breathing difficulties, signs of stroke or major trauma.
