What is Gestalt Therapy?

Created by Fritz Perls in 1951, Gestalt therapy is a holistic approach focused on the “here and now.” It encourages awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in the present moment. Through active exploration, it helps uncover repetitive patterns and emotional blocks that affect your daily life. Reconnecting with your experience and sensations allows for lasting emotional relief and a renewed sense of inner balance. Ultimately, this therapy helps you regain autonomy, authenticity, and access to your full potential.

Rates & Practical Information

• Individual sessions (45 minutes): 130 CHF
• Gestalt therapy is not covered by basic Swiss health insurance (LAMal)
• Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged. Please notify me as early as possible if you cannot attend.
