I'm a qualified dietician (Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics in Switzerland), member of the Swiss Association of Dieticians (ASDD) and founder of MAnutrition.

I offer you personalized, benevolent and scientifically-based nutritional support, while respecting your rhythm, your needs and your health care path.

I have developed the NUP (Positive Nutrition) method to help you achieve lasting results without frustration. This approach aims to enrich your diet rather than restrict it, to encourage long-term adherence and greater autonomy.

I offer nutritional follow-up in the following areas:

• Metabolic disorders: type 1, 2 or gestational diabetes, glucose intolerance, metabolic syndrome, dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia and gout, fatty liver (NAFLD/NASH).
• Overweight and obesity: nutritional management of adults, children and adolescents, with or without associated complications, including drug-supported obesity treatment.
• Cardiovascular diseases: hypertension, coronary heart disease and cardiovascular prevention.
• Digestive diseases: transit disorders, food intolerances (lactose, fructose), irritable bowel syndrome, chronic inflammatory bowel diseases (Crohn's, ulcerative colitis), gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, liver, biliary tract and pancreas pathologies, celiac disease.
• Kidney diseases: renal failure, dialysis diet, kidney stones.
• Malnutrition and nutritional imbalances: eating disorders, chronic or oncological diseases, pregnancy and breastfeeding, growth disorders, macro- and micronutrient deficiencies.
• Food allergies and reactions: food allergies, histamine intolerance.

THE ABOVE SERVICES ARE REIMBURSED BY BASIC HEALTH INSURANCE (LAMAL) WITH A DIETETIC PRESCRIPTION SIGNED BY A DOCTOR.
