I work with different forms of accompaniment - psychological, physical and creative - with the same objective in mind: to better understand oneself, to untangle what hinders and to move forward with greater clarity. I work mainly with women, out of a deep interest in their experiences, passages and transformations, exploring the mind, emotions, creativity and body.

As apsychologist with a degree in clinical and affective psychology from the University of Geneva, and as an art therapist, I offer psycho-emotional support for women, children and adolescents, focusing on prevention, support and well-being. The support I offer is non-psychotherapeutic and non-clinical.

Accompanying women

I support women at all stages of their lives, particularly in the areas of :

• Body image, self-esteem and inner validation
• Puberty, femininity and identity construction
• Menstrual health, hormones and mental health
• Fertility and trying to become a mother
• Choosing not to be a mother
• Perinatal grief and invisible losses
• Motherhood and matrescence
• Postpartum and mood fluctuations
• Maternal guilt, sacrifice and self-repression
• Mother-daughter relationships and transgenerational legacies
• Femininity, intimacy and affective relationships
• Perimenopause and bodily transformations
• Menopause: a rite of passage

Accompanying children

I also accompany children through a psycho-emotional and artistic approach, using art therapy as the main mediator when words are hard to find. I accompany children in :

• managing and expressing emotions
• communication and relationships with others
• self-confidence and assertiveness
• grief and loss (death, separation, life changes)
• changing bodies, body image and identity
• eating disorders

Reimbursement

⚠️ Sessions are not reimbursed by the LAMal. However, some supplementary insurances may cover part of the cost. It is advisable to check with your health insurance provider before booking an appointment.
