Perhaps you suffer from back or neck pain, feel depleted or simply feel very ill at ease in your body and how you move. Or maybe you long to feel whole, integrated and unified in mind and body but don't know how to get there.

In a session, you'll be gently guided to a place of better coordination, ease and wellbeing. You'll also learn how to continue the practice on your own so you can put the concepts of the Alexander Technique to use whenever you need to in your daily life.

The Alexander Technique is a scientifically validated method that is over a century old and taught in a variety of institutions and organizations, including Victorinox, the Juilliard School, Yale and the Royal College of Music.
