I specialize in naturopathy, a holistic approach aimed at supporting the body’s natural balance through natural methods. I integrate techniques such as Micro and Chrononutrition, Phytotherapy, Aromatherapy, Oligotherapy, and breathing exercises to guide my patients toward overall well-being.

Consultations and Services

Naturopathic Assessment (1h30) – 180 CHF

This initial consultation includes a comprehensive health history (system-by-system review), tongue observation, and iridology analysis. The session identifies imbalances and provides tailored recommendations for lifestyle and dietary changes. A personalized program will be provided during a follow-up appointment.

Follow-Up Consultation (1h) – 130 CHF

Delivery and explanation of the personalized program, with follow-up visits available after 2-3 months as needed.

Non-Consultation Services – starting at 15 CHF

Includes analysis reviews, prescriptions, communication with your healthcare network, or file updates.

Breuss Massage & Reiki Usui (1h) – 150 CHF

A targeted massage along the spine and vagus nerve to eliminate toxins, alleviate back pain, and promote deep relaxation. This treatment also works on meridians according to Traditional Chinese Medicine and European traditions.

Cupping Therapy (30 min) – 70 CHF

Includes an initial assessment and application of cupping therapy based on individual needs. Bloodletting is performed only in specific cases.

Reflexology (1h) – 120 CHF

A massage focusing on reflex zones in the feet, stimulating circulation and improving organ function based on the assessment.

Reiki Usui (1h) – 120 CHF

Energy healing sessions to restore balance, relax, and support the body’s natural healing process.
