Pour ce faire, je me concentre sur un chemin clair et sur le plaisir de bouger".* Pour moi, l'essentiel de la thérapie consiste à trouver avec les patients un moyen de retrouver le plaisir de bouger grâce à des exercices ciblés et spécifiques. J'ai toujours été fasciné par le processus d'amélioration. "Rome n'a pas été construite en un jour". J'essaie de me mettre à la place des patients pour comprendre comment leur problème affecte leur vie quotidienne. En thérapie, il y a du temps et du calme pour que les objectifs soient clairement définis et les exercices correctement exécutés. En tant que thérapeute, la Spiraldynamik® m'offre l'opportunité de faire preuve de précision et de patience pour intégrer les exercices dans la vie quotidienne. Je me réjouis de vous accompagner sur le chemin du plaisir de bouger et d'une vie sans douleurs.
