Elle y a appris à considérer le corps humain dans sa globalité et à adapter les approches thérapeutiques à chaque personne. Son enthousiasme éclectique pour le sport et l'activité physique ne caractérise pas seulement son quotidien, mais aussi son travail thérapeutique. Elle allie connaissances spécialisées et expérience personnelle et sait à quel point une activité physique ciblée, la régénération et la motivation sont importantes pour la santé. La course à pied, en particulier, fait partie intégrante de sa vie. Elle a déjà participé avec succès à un semi-marathon et son prochain objectif est le marathon. Cette passion se reflète dans son travail. Amélie comprend ce que cela signifie de se fixer des objectifs, de persévérer et de solliciter son corps avec attention. Dans sa thérapie, elle accorde une grande importance à l'accompagnement personnel, aux exercices ciblés et aux résultats durables.
