Depuis toujours, je suis fasciné par l'être vivant extrêmement complexe qu'est l'être humain. Le trio corps/âme/esprit veut être en harmonie. Commencer au niveau du corps est passionnant ; chaque personne fonctionne et réagit de manière très individuelle. C'est avec plaisir que je vous accompagnerai dans un voyage à la découverte de votre corps vers plus de stabilité, de mobilité et de coordination.
Pendant mon temps libre, je profite de la montagne, en été comme en hiver. Le yoga me permet de trouver l'équilibre et de me détendre.
