Pour cela, il est nécessaire d'être attentif, de reconnaître ses propres modèles de mouvement et d'être capable de les modifier. De petits changements dans vos habitudes de mouvement peuvent avoir de grands effets, non seulement sur le plan physique, mais aussi sur le plan mental et émotionnel. En tant que thérapeute et personne aimant le mouvement, j'ai beaucoup de plaisir à accompagner les patients sur ce chemin vers une meilleure qualité de mouvement.
