Elle permet de soulager de nombreux troubles fonctionnels tels que les douleurs de dos, les tensions cervicales, les migraines, les troubles digestifs, les troubles du sommeil ou encore les douleurs liées à la grossesse. En agissant sur les causes profondes des déséquilibres, l’ostéopathie offre une solution naturelle et durable à de nombreux maux du quotidien. __Diagnostic et traitement par les mains__ En Suisse, l’ostéopathie est une profession de santé reconnue et réglementée, accessible après des études dans une haute école spécialisée. Les ostéopathes utilisent principalement leurs mains pour poser un diagnostic et appliquer des techniques spécifiques visant à restaurer la mobilité du corps. Leur objectif est de soutenir les fonctions naturelles de l’organisme et de favoriser ses capacités d’autoguérison. L’approche ostéopathique prend toujours en compte la personne dans sa globalité ainsi que sa situation individuelle. __Déroulé d'une séance :__ Le traitement ostéopathique débute par un entretien détaillé sur votre santé et vos antécédents, suivi d’un examen manuel pour identifier les tensions et blocages. Un plan de traitement personnalisé est ensuite établi. Différentes techniques peuvent être utilisées, comme les manipulations articulaires, le travail sur les fascias ou la méthode du Counterstrain.
