__Adeline Bourdon – Naturopathe spécialisée en santé hormonale féminine__
Je vous accompagne pour soulager naturellement l’__endométriose__, le __SOPK__, le __SPM__ ou la __périménopause__, grâce à une approche globale, douce et personnalisée.
💬 __Consultations en naturopathie__ au cabinet (La Chaux-de-Fonds) ou à distance en visio.
🌿 Séances de __ventouses thérapeutiques__ et __massages du dos (Breuss)__ également disponibles.
🍽️ J’anime des __ateliers de santé et de cuisine anti-inflammatoire__ en petits groupes ou en visio.
__Déroulement d’une consultation__ :
Chaque rendez-vous commence par un échange approfondi sur vos antécédents, vos symptômes, votre mode de vie et vos objectifs. Je construis ensuite avec vous un __plan personnalisé__ qui peut inclure :
• Conseils alimentaires et hygiène de vie
• Plantes & compléments naturels
• Gestion du stress & équilibre émotionnel
Mon objectif est de vous aider à retrouver de l’énergie, du confort et une vraie autonomie dans la gestion de votre santé au quotidien.
Les déséquilibres hormonaux s’installent souvent sur plusieurs mois, voire années. C’est pourquoi je propose un accompagnement sur la durée, généralement __3 mois minimum__ (environ 3 séances), pour un suivi efficace, durable, et adapté à votre rythme.
