J’ai d’abord accompagné mes clients en tant que spécialiste des fleurs de Bach, de la gemmothérapie, des huiles essentielles et des compléments nutritionnels. Au fil des années, j’ai eu la chance de collaborer avec des nutritionnistes, des psychologues et des biochimistes, afin de proposer des approches douces, personnalisées et en adéquation avec les besoins de chacun. Aujourd’hui, je propose des séances de fasciathérapie, une approche qui invite à renouer avec son corps et à mieux écouter ce qu’il nous transmet. Mon objectif est d’accompagner chaque personne à retrouver davantage de vitalité, de confiance et de ressources intérieures pour avancer dans sa vie. Je guide mes clients afin qu’ils puissent progressivement se reconnecter à leurs sensations, à leurs ressentis et à leur corps, non pas comme un simple « véhicule », mais comme une part essentielle d’eux-mêmes.
