__Catherine Schwyzer – Fasciathérapeute à Lausanne__
*Reconnue par les assurances complémentaires (ASCA & RME)*
Catherine Schwyzer pratique la __fasciathérapie__, une approche manuelle douce qui agit sur les fascias, les tissus conjonctifs qui enveloppent muscles et organes. Cette thérapie vise à libérer les tensions, rétablir les micro-mouvements internes et soutenir l’autorégulation naturelle du corps.
__Reconnue par les labels ASCA et RME__, ses consultations peuvent être remboursées par la plupart des assurances complémentaires. Il est conseillé de vérifier la prise en charge auprès de votre assureur avant la première séance.
La __séance dure entre 45 et 60 minutes__ et coûte __130 CHF__. Toute séance annulée moins de 24h à l’avance est facturée.
La fasciathérapie s’adresse à tous, enfants comme adultes, et peut être indiquée dans de nombreux cas :
– Douleurs musculaires ou articulaires (lombalgie, cervicalgie, tendinites, entorses…)
– Troubles digestifs (constipation, digestion lente, côlon irritable)
– Maux de tête, acouphènes, névralgies
– Accompagnement de la grossesse, post-partum et troubles gynécologiques
– Suivi des bébés et enfants (coliques, sommeil, anxiété, troubles de l’attention)
– Gestion du stress, fatigue, troubles du sommeil
– Prévention des troubles liés au vieillissement (raideurs, équilibre, mobilité)
__Déroulement des séances :__
Le traitement débute par un toucher manuel doux permettant de repérer les résistances dans le corps. Le patient reste habillé, allongé sur la table de soin. Une fois les tensions réduites, la séance se poursuit en position assise ou debout avec une __gymnastique sensorielle__ pour consolider les effets du soin.
En cas de douleurs aiguës, 2 à 3 séances peuvent suffire. Pour les troubles chroniques, un suivi de 5 à 10 séances est recommandé.
