Je vous propose un accompagnement unique où le processus de création artistique (dessin, peinture, collage, sculpture, écriture, expression corporelle, théâtre, marionnettes, etc.) devient un espace d’expression, de transformation et de découverte de soi.
__Créer, c’est plus qu’un geste : c’est revisiter son histoire, révéler ses ressources et se réinventer.__
Ouvert à tous, à tout âge et à chaque étape de vie, cet accompagnement ne nécessite __aucune compétence artistique préalable__. Ensemble, nous mobiliserons votre imagination, votre intuition, votre jeu, vos pensées et vos émotions pour libérer une expression personnelle et spontanée.
Lorsque les mots manquent pour dire ce que l’on ressent, la création artistique ouvre une porte vers une autre forme de langage, à la fois riche et libératrice.

L’art-thérapie s’adresse aux enfants, adolescents et adultes qui souhaitent exprimer, transformer ou apaiser leurs émotions à travers la création artistique. C’est une approche particulièrement utile lorsque les mots ne suffisent pas ou que l’expression verbale est difficile.
