Dr. Pascal Gervaz

Dr Pascal Gervaz is a surgeon specializing in digestive and general surgery. He provides consultations for obesity surgery, hernia treatment, colorectal surgery, and proctology.

Digestive surgery deals with conditions affecting the digestive system (esophagus, stomach, intestines, colon, rectum, etc.). Common procedures include intestinal resections, digestive tumor surgery, bariatric surgery, and hernia repair.

Dr Gervaz trained in Lausanne (CHUV) between 1989 and 1998, then completed advanced training in the USA at the Cleveland Clinic and Mayo Clinic (1999–2001). Upon his return to Switzerland, he led the colorectal surgery department at Geneva University Hospitals for 10 years. He has held the academic title of Privat Docent since 2004.
