Dr. Pascal Gervaz

Dr. Pascal Gervaz is a Swiss surgeon who trained in general surgery at the CHUV between 1989 and 1998, before specializing in digestive surgery in the USA, first at the Cleveland Clinic, then at the Mayo Clinic.

On his return from the USA, Dr. Gervaz worked for 10 years as a resident physician in charge of colorectal surgery at Geneva University Hospitals. He was awarded the title of Privat Docent by the Faculty of Medicine in 2004, has published 134 original articles, and has been invited to give over 180 lectures.

Dr. Gervaz has performed over 2,000 major abdominal operations during his 30-year career. He specializes in colorectal surgery, hernia repair and proctology.
