About Me

Originally from Ireland, now Swiss-naturalized, I have lived here for 25 years. I am passionate about well-being and personal transformation. My journey taught me that the body is a powerful messenger. After experiencing burnout, I changed my career and explored the deep connection between touch, energy, the heart, and body awareness. Today, I help those who feel disconnected, exhausted, or seeking deeper meaning to find an anchor within themselves. I continue my professional development each year and also lead workshops, retreats, and group programs.
