Massage therapy encompasses a range of manual therapies designed to relieve muscular tension, improve joint mobility and promote blood and lymph circulation, with a focus on overall well-being and physical health. It is aimed at people with occasional or chronic pain, tension resulting from stress, prolonged postures or a sedentary lifestyle, musculoskeletal disorders, as well as those seeking relaxation, rebalancing of the nervous system and reconnection with their body.

Julie Capelle's practice is based on precise touch and keen observation of the body's reactions. Each session is tailored to the patient's specific needs, with a reassuring, individualized dimension.

Massage therapy helps relieve :

• Head and neck: headaches, muscular migraines, torticollis, cervical tension, neck pain
• Shoulders and upper back: shoulder pain, scapular tension, contractures, trigger points
• Back, lumbar and pelvis : lumbago, low back pain, sciatica, postural pain

Price: CHF 130 for 60 minutes. Recognized by ASCA and RME. Covered by supplementary insurance.
