Sensitive, with an easy and natural human touch, attentive and dedicated, the field of therapy was a revelation. I attended the TCMA school in Geneva (complementary therapy and alternative medicine). I then studied traditional Chinese acupressure medicine with Myriam Masse Yang, and took several courses in energy medicine with Pierre Billeter, where I discovered a fascinating world.

This practice responds to the elements that are fundamental to me in life: being happy and making others happy. Through these disciplines, I have naturally developed a sense of balance, calm and well-being, and above all, the ability to express myself freely through my treatments, enabling me to accompany you and help you overcome your physical and emotional difficulties.

• Massage therapy

Encompasses a wide range of manual techniques designed to relax muscles. It's a massage that deeply stimulates the body's muscles and organs. Also used to treat pathologies such as frozen shoulders, herniated discs and sciatica.

• Gentle osteopathy

In this approach, the aim is to send information or messages capable of stimulating adaptation and self-healing mechanisms rendered defective by aggressions in the broadest sense. This information enables these mechanisms to rapidly and sustainably regain their natural, optimal functioning.

• Vodder" manual lymph drainage

Is a manual technique that involves applying a series of light, slow, regular pressures without oil. The aim is to stimulate lymph circulation, detoxify the body and strengthen the immune system. It can be used to treat pain, edema, water retention, chronic inflammation and other pathologies.

• Hadô

The word "Hadô" means subtle vibratory wave. The word has been around for centuries in Japan, but in recent decades it has come to be used in fields as varied as philosophy, science and quantum physics.
