• Yes, it's recommend to do so as to guarantee your preferred time slot. Bookings can be made up to two hours before the session.

What should I do if I have health issues?

• Please inform me of any health concerns or conditions when booking. The treatment will be tailored to ensure your safety and comfort.

During the session

How long does a treatment session last?

• Sessions typically last one hour, but the duration can be adjusted to suit your preferences upon request. I begin each session with an anamnesis in order to better understand your needs and personalize the treatment accordingly.

What's the difference between a therapeutic massage and a relaxing massage?

• A therapeutic massage focuses on a specific area to relieve targeted tension or pain. A relaxing massage aims to relax the entire body with a comprehensive treatment.

What should I wear during the session?

How can I pay ?

• You may pay in cash, via Twint, by card or by invoice.

Are you reimbursed by health insurance?

• It depends on the insurance. I am an ASCA recognized therapist. I can provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your supplemental insurance.
