Originally from Portugal, I knew from an early age that I wanted to take care of others.

So it was only natural that I trained as a massage therapist at the Portuguese Institute of Naturopathy. After graduating, I worked as a massage therapist for almost 10 years in Portugal, while continuing my training (reiki, ayurvedic massage, etc.).

Having settled in Switzerland a few years ago, I have continued to massage, as I love offering these moments of relaxation and well-being to people.

Since August 2019, I've also been a graduate of the ITS (interactive therapy sport) training center in Fribourg. This Swiss training center is recognized by the ASCA.

The different massages:

• THERAPEUTIC CLASSIC MASSAGE (approx. 1 hour)

This massage helps to relax your whole body. It promotes your well-being, regenerates your skin and stimulates blood and lymph circulation.

• BACK MASSAGE only (approx. 30-45 min)

The back is a part of the body that is very often stressed and painful. This massage is designed to relieve tension and contractures. It can also be preventive, to avoid the accumulation of physical and emotional stress.

• SPORTS MASSAGE (approx. 1 hour)

This massage is designed for sportsmen and women. It is beneficial before a sporting activity to prepare the body for exertion, as a kind of warm-up. It can also be given after a sports session, to help your body recover, relax and eliminate toxins.

• MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE (approx. 1 hour)

Lymphatic drainage is a massage technique involving gentle, light pressure on the lymphatic vessels and nodes. It improves lymph circulation, helps cleanse the body and stimulates the immune system.

Why manual lymphatic drainage?

Manual lymphatic drainage is especially recommended for circulation problems, heavy legs, edema, scars, pregnancy, skin problems, or simply to relax.

• MASSAGE FUTURE MOTHER (approx. 1 hour)

This massage is very gentle and relaxing. It stimulates circulation and helps to relax and enhance the well-being of both mother and baby.

• THERAPEUTIC PLANET REFLEXOLOGY (approx. 1 hour)

From an energetic point of view, the feet and hands are the image of the body. All the organs, glands, etc. are located there.

Stimulating or sedating certain areas of the feet with specific gestures activates the body's self-healing mechanisms.

Generally speaking, reflex zone massage creates a feeling of well-being, promotes relaxation, improves blood circulation, enhances digestion, helps eliminate toxins, reduces chronic stress and anxiety, etc.

Massage contributes to the body's homeostasis and well-being.

Whichever massage you choose, it will be an opportunity to offer your body and mind a moment of harmony and well-being.
