Dear women, dear patients,

The interview in the Sonntagszeitung newspaper on November 19, 2023 generated a great response and a lot of feedback from women who feel they have been addressed. This shows once again how important it is to raise awareness of the menopause - and women's hormones in general. It is equally important that women actively engage with this phase of life, build up knowledge and experience the menopause in a self-determined and informed way.

Unfortunately, there is often a lack of exchange between the various medical specialties and sub-disciplines. For example, internists or psychiatrists sometimes have little knowledge of what else their patients between the ages of 40 and 60 are dealing with. There is potential for improvement here too.

Many women therefore struggle through life with sleep disorders, mood swings or weight gain without understanding what is happening in their bodies - and without finding the right place to go for their complaints.

Some great apps have already been created or are in development, and I would like to try to contribute my knowledge to them.

There is now an online service for women in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and internationally to get advice and treatment for hormone issues.

What changes can I expect? What does "bio-identical" mean? How can I prepare myself?

For women who are still pre-menopausal and have no symptoms, I offer a consultation in which I explain the most important topics and answer all questions about the menstrual cycle, menopause, contraception and other concerns.

The appointment lasts 30 minutes. You will receive instructions for the video appointment with the appointment confirmation. It is not necessary to submit any documents or findings.
