Dipl. med. Mehtap Greutmann 

Specialist in General Internal Medicine | General Practitioner in Zurich Schwamendingen

Dr. Mehtap Greutmann was born in Turkey and grew up in Germany. After training as a registered nurse, she completed her high school diploma (Matura) while working and then studied human medicine, graduating in 2003.

After working as a resident in internal medicine at the hospital in Waldshut and Spital Uster, she lived in London and Toronto with her family from 2007 to 2010. During this time, she contributed to various scientific projects and completed a clinical observership at the Department of Internal Medicine at Toronto General Hospital.

After returning to Switzerland, she completed her specialist training in general internal medicine, with a focus on addiction medicine (ARUD – Association for low-risk drug use), family medicine (mountain practice in Hirzel), and psychiatry (psychiatric clinic Frankental), earning her FMH title in General Internal Medicine in 2015.

Between 2011 and 2015, alongside her specialization, Dr. Greutmann also trained in myoreflex therapy, sexual therapy, and orthomolecular medicine.

From 2016 to the end of 2019, she worked as a general practitioner in the practice of Dr. Elisabeth Bandi-Ott in Zurich. Since mid-April 2020, Dr. Greutmann has been practicing family medicine at the ACAMED Medical Center ZH-Luchswiesen in Zurich Schwamendingen, offering the full spectrum of general medicine.
