Olaya Madrid studied at the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad de Granada (Spain) and RWTH Aachen University (Germany). After completing her state examination in Spain (2013), she undertook her specialist training in General Internal Medicine in Madrid, which she successfully completed in May 2018. During her training, she gained experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of internal diseases and emergency medicine. Additionally, she deepened her expertise in autoimmune diseases at Hospital Universitario de Cruces (Bilbao, Spain) and in infectious diseases at the University Hospital Zurich.

Olaya Madrid strives not only to provide medical recommendations based on the best available evidence but also to create a safe and inclusive environment in her medical practice. She firmly believes that everyone has the right to feel heard and unjudged during a medical consultation.
