- On a deeper level, she works at the neuro-emotional level as a PSYCH-K facilitator, a Bach Flower Remedies therapist, and a facilitator of the NAE (Neuro-Emotional Alchemy) method. Born from her clinical experience and grounded in the neuroscience of stress and nervous system regulation, this method combines breathing, bodywork, and emotional support to promote a return to balance.
