HUG@HOME - Vidéo-consultation pour étudiant.es de Genève 

The HUG@HOME video-consultation forstudents is part of the HUG's primary care medicine service (SMPR).

Telemedicine consultations are carried out by general practitioners who are familiar with the problems faced by young adults. In particular, they offer easy access to the various specialists in Geneva's hospital and outpatient network, and enable rapid online booking of appointments.

Interviews can be conducted in either French or English.

We offer an initial medical consultation. If chronic follow-up is required, studentswill be redirected to the Geneva healthcare network.

Who are we for?

Students from the University of Geneva (UNIGE)

Students from the Geneva University of Applied Sciences (HES-SO Genève) Students from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) You will be asked to show proof of student status at the start of the consultation. Fees

Consultations are billed according to the TARMED standard rate, at 30.00 euros.

Opening hours and appointment booking

Monday to Friday, according to the time slots available on the online appointment booking site.

If a slot is not available at short notice, studentscan contact the Primary Care Medicine secretariat on 079 553 56 57.

Where can I go?

Teleconsultation is carried out remotely, from a smartphone, tablet or computer. Students can carry out the consultation from the location of their choice, provided they are in a quiet environment that guarantees confidentiality. A stable Internet connection (mobile network or Wi-Fi) is essential.
