Dr. Leila Leone 

Dr Leila Leone studied medicine at theUniversity of Geneva, graduating in 2008. She began her training as an internist atHôpital de Sion, where she practiced for two years, before completing a fellowship atNewham University Hospitalin London.

She then joined the University Hospitals of Geneva (HUG), where she specialized in acute medicine, working in the hospital's acute medicine, emergency and intensive care units. In 2015, she obtained her FMH specialist title in general internal medicine.

She then joined the HUG's Primary Care Medicine Department, where she broadened her experience by following up geriatric patients at home and migrant patients, while continuing to work in the emergency department.

After five years as head of clinic, she left the HUG in October 2020 to set up the Varembé medical practice with Dr. Amandine Sanga.
