## Vita - Alexander Reimer
From therapized person to therapist - a path full of insight and empathy
Alexander Reimer's journey into the world of holistic therapy began over a decade ago. After numerous visits to the doctor and physiotherapy treatments, a coincidence led him to a Dorn therapist - a moment that changed his life. After the very first session, the pain was gone and everyday life was worth living again.
But this experience had a lasting effect. The lasting effect of the treatment awakened in him a deep desire to help other people on their way to freedom from pain.
With great commitment and dedication, Alexander acquired the necessary knowledge over the years to become a therapist himself. Today, he accompanies his patients with a holistic therapeutic approach that is individually tailored and focuses on the person as a whole.
His goal is clear: freedom from pain for everyone - because quality of life begins where pain ends.
## My approach
The aim of Dorn therapy is to straighten the body from the bottom up. Since a person's statics are built up from the feet as the base, through the legs, pelvis and spine to the head, treatment is carried out in this order. A complete Dorn therapy treatment includes all joints of the body.
Controlled movements and light pressure are used to bring the joints, pelvis and spine into their physiological position, all without manipulating the body or using a lot of force.
Self-help exercises are an important part of Dorn therapy for preventative health care and as a guide to self-help.
