My role is to accompany you to a completely relaxed physical and mental state, and to provide you with concrete, personalized tools adapted to your needs, desires and abilities, so that you can rediscover balance and well-being in your daily life.

I offer two types of consultations:

• Sophrology consultation

For children, teenagers and adults, whether you're dealing with emotions, anxiety, burnout, mental preparation or anything else, I offer personalized support, with 75-minute sophrology sessions designed to give you practical resources you can apply autonomously in your daily life, right from the first session.

A 75 minutes session is priced at 150 CHF.

• Session "SOS relaxation"

Individual sessions, like a mental massage, express relaxation, offering a powerful one-hour escape designed to help you regain a sense of calm and balance. Ideal if you're looking for an immediate reset. 

These relaxation sessions are priced at 130 CHF for a 60 minute session.
