I offer you a space to slow down, release tension and reconnect with a deep sense of physical and mental relaxation. My approach is integrative: it combines my different areas of expertise in hypnotherapy, sophrology, sound therapy and Reiki, allowing each session to be adapted to your needs, preferences and state in the moment. __The session works across three complementary dimensions:__ __Body__ — Sophrology and sound therapy to encourage physical relaxation and release. __Mind__ — Hypnotherapy, sophrology to calm the mind and support you with a specific need. __Energy__ — Reiki, according to your sensitivity and needs, to bring an energetic dimension to the session and support overall balance. Whether you are experiencing physical, mental or emotional overload, or simply feel the need to pause, let go and reconnect with yourself, this approach offers you a space to slow down. Depending on your needs, the session can be a one-off experience or part of a more regular process, either to explore a particular difficulty in greater depth or simply to maintain your well-being. Individual 75-minute session: CHF 150 — payable on site by cash or Twint. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged. __ASCA-recognized__, my sessions may be reimbursed by complementary health insurance under the discipline “Sophrology”.
