I discovered sophrology while searching for a way to ease pain, and I was deeply moved by its effectiveness. This journey led me to train, initially to help my youngest daughter who was struggling with health issues. During my studies at the Higher School of Sophrology, I developed a particular affinity for supporting pregnant women, children, and teenagers. Quite naturally, I chose to specialize in these three areas, convinced of the transformative benefits of sophrology for their well-being and personal growth. My daughter was my very first “client.” Thanks to sophrology, she learned to manage her crises, regain balance at school, and reconnect with a fulfilling social life. This personal experience further strengthened my desire to deepen my knowledge in prenatal sophrology as well as in the care of children and adolescents. Today, I am honored to represent *La Bulle des Émotions* in Lausanne. As a certified sophrologist, I offer group workshops every Wednesday morning, open to both children and adults. To stay informed about upcoming topics and dates, I invite you to regularly check my Instagram account. I also travel to nurseries, schools, and other institutions wishing to host a workshop. Finally, as an ambassador for *Osmose*, I am part of a community of professionals who, like me, strongly believe that learning about emotions and building self-confidence should begin at school.
