Sophrology is a gentle method that combines breathing exercises, muscular relaxation, and positive visualization (meaning the use of imagination in a pleasant way).

It aims to strengthen the balance between the body (knotted stomach, tense shoulders, stiff neck, etc.) and the mind (rumination, anxiety, phobias, etc.), to better manage stress (preventing professional or family burnout), emotions (uncontrolled crying), or sleep disorders (insomnia, sleep apnea, bruxism, restless legs).

It helps to activate personal resources to cope with everyday challenges. With sophrology, you become the main actor in your own well-being.

Sophrology is also an excellent method for preparing for important events such as exams, interviews, or childbirth (both mentally and physically).

Karine Fousson is an ASCA-certified sophrologist. Her sessions are therefore covered by complementary health insurance (depending on your contract conditions).

The fee for an initial sophrology session is CHF 130, and CHF 120 for follow-up sessions.
