Sophrology is a gentle method that combines breathing exercises, muscle relaxation and positive visualization (i.e., using the imagination in a pleasant way).

Its aim is to reinforce thebalance between the body (knotted stomach, tense shoulders, stiff neck, etc.) and the mind (ruminations, anxieties, phobias, etc.), to better manage stress (prevent burn-out at work or at home), emotions (uncontrolled crying) or sleep disorders (insomnia, sleep apnea, bruxism, restless legs).

Sophrology helps you mobilize your personal resources to meet the challenges of everyday life. With sophrology, you really are the actor in your own well-being.

Sophrology is also an excellent method for preparing for important events such as exams, interviews and childbirth (mental and physical preparation).

Specific support for weight loss and eating habits is offered at the practice and by videoconference.

The fee for a 1st sophrology consultation is 130CHF and 120 CHF for a follow-up consultation.
