## Body-mind therapy
__Sophrology ASCA-approved | Sexotherapy | Havening | EFT__
__Trauma-informed.__ For adults, couples, and children.
In the body-mind approach, both speech and the body have a role to play:
- __Speech__ puts words to your story and your resources, giving meaning to what you are going through.
- __The body__ – through listening to sensations – allows you to connect with your inner world: deep emotions (often unconscious), implicit memory (expressed through bodily sensations), and protection mechanisms (expressed in reactions and relationships).
Depending on what emerges during the session and what you feel ready to explore, I draw upon various practices:
- Techniques rooted in __sophrology__: mindfulness, breathing, visualization;
- Approaches from __psychotraumatology__: stabilization tools, somatic experiences, internal dialogue (parts work), Havening, EFT;
- Symbolic expression.
All of my practices also apply to __sexotherapy__.
Whether through individual therapy, couples therapy, or group workshops, this approach guides you toward a more __peaceful relationship with yourself and others.__

- __Emotional blocks:__ When certain emotions feel impossible to express or understand.
- __Somatization:__ When emotional experiences manifest in the body: tension, pain, digestive issues...
- __Psychotrauma:__ When trauma continues to influence your stress levels, reactions, and emotions.
- __Sexuality & relationships:__ When relationships or intimacy become a source of conflict and suffering.
