Discover Sophrology for serenity and well-being

Sophrology is a form of personal training based on techniques for relaxing and activating the body and mind, with exercises based on gentle movement, breathing, concentration, imagination and contemplation.

Regular practice of sophrology enables you to :

• develop serene awareness andboost self-confidence in everyday life.
• improve physical, emotional and mental well-being.
• optimize one's own abilities and values , while respecting each individual's personality.
• manage stress, anguish, anxiety and emotions of personal or professional origin.
• optimize resources to enhance performance for exams, competitions, concerts, etc.

A practice open to all ages and situations

Sophrology is open to everyone, adapted to individual needs and requiring no special requirements.

Asa teacher and musician, trained in Caycedian sophrology (the authentic form of sophrology created by professor and neuropsychiatrist Alfonso Caycedo) and certified by the Centre de formation suisse en sophrologie caycédienne (Swiss training center in Caycedian sophrology), I accompany anyone wishing to develop serene, positive awareness: children, teenagers, adults.

I also accompany people in the context of their practice: teachers, health and business professionals, sports, music, the arts...

Sophrology does not replace or interfere with medical treatment, but can complement it.
