As a certified sophrologist and hypnotherapist (ASCA and RME accredited), I support adults and children in Geneva on their journey toward greater well-being.

My holistic approach, combining body and mind, conscious and unconscious, relaxation and introspection, is based on tools such as sophrology, hypnosis, and RITMO® (neuro-emotional reprogramming combining hypnosis and EMDR). These methods allow you to move beyond your usual thought and behavior patterns to overcome blockages, activate change, and reconnect with yourself in a more positive and fruitful way.

Support for children and teenagers

Convinced that it is from the outset that we can prepare children for a serene life, I am also specialized in accompanying children and teenagers. My goal is to help them:

• Better understand themselves and manage their emotions/stress
• Build their self-confidence
• Improve their concentration
• Prepare for important events (exams, sports competitions, etc.)

Recognised therapies:

Some complementary health insurance plans cover sessions in sophrology and Caycedian sophrology.

Cash or invoice.

Flexible hours:

• Consultations available during lunch breaks and evenings on certain days of the week.
• Online consultations are available for those unable to come to my office in Carouge.
