I am a sophrologist, yoga instructor, and rock climbing instructor. For over ten years, movement, breathing, and sophrology have been an integral part of my daily life. These different practices naturally complement one another in the way I guide each person—with gentleness and compassion—toward greater calm, confidence, and balance.
I look forward to welcoming you to my practice in La Tour-de-Trême, a 10-minute bus ride from the Bulle train station. There is also a parking lot just a 3-minute walk from the practice.
