After many years in the beauty sector, and direct contact with people, I felt the desire for more, more depth, more health and more quality of life.

My own eye condition, which was associated with severe headaches, made me realize that I could not go on like this. In my search for relief and balance, I discovered Shiatsu and was immediately fascinated. The mindful pressure gave me peace and noticeable improvement. The effect of this body therapy opened up new paths for me.

This personal experience led me to train as a Shiatsu complementary therapist with an industry certificate. Today, I help people to become more aware of their bodies, balance their energy and promote holistic health.

The treatment takes place in comfortable clothing (e.g. tracksuit) and helps you to regain your inner balance.

• Children's Shiatsu 2-12 years initial treatment 75min
• Children's Shiatsu 2-12 years 45min
• Shiatsu during pregnancy (recommended from 2 trimesters)
