### Presentation of the healthcare professional
Kim Bachmann is a certified shiatsu therapist from the Iokaï school, ASCA and RME approved. Her treatments are reimbursed by virtually all complementary health insurances.
__Shiatsu is a manual therapy__ based on traditional Chinese medicine. It is performed while dressed, lying on a futon. Using pressure from the thumbs, hands and forearms, as well as gentle manipulations, shiatsu rebalances and soothes.

Kim Bachmann has been exploring movement for twenty-five years through the visual arts, __Taichi__ and __Qi Gong__. Shiatsu was a natural next step.
Convinced that body and mind are interdependent, she proposes an approach that takes into account the totality of the human being.
Qi Gong exercises and personalized stretching may also be recommended.
