Ms Sophie Bel 

Sophie Bel is a certified practitioner from the ISS Carouge school in Geneva and is recognized by ASCA and RME.

She offers shiatsu sessions, a body therapy derived from traditional Chinese medicine. This practice involves rhythmic pressure using the thumbs and palms along the meridians and acupuncture points to regulate and harmonize the flow of energy throughout the body.

Shiatsu is recommended to relieve various tensions and pains, whether acute or chronic (back, shoulders, neck, migraines…). It can also help with emotional issues such as stress, anxiety, or depression, as well as imbalances in the nervous system, including sleep and digestive disorders. This method can also be beneficial in cases of menstrual cycle disorders, pain, irregularities, or infertility. Support during pregnancy is also highly beneficial.
