Ms Béatrice Ojeda 

As a certified shiatsu practitioner from the International School of Shiatsu (ISS) in Geneva, accredited by ASCA and RME, and also certified in Chi Nei Tsang, I have dedicated myself to healthcare for over twenty years with a focus on growth, compassion, and sharing. My final thesis focused on the effectiveness of shiatsu in cases of long COVID, yielding very positive results.

The shiatsu I practice combines the principles of traditional Chinese medicine—including work on meridians and acupuncture points—with osteoarticular techniques, providing a comprehensive approach that addresses physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Treatments can be invigorating, gentle, light, or deep, depending on the client’s needs, and are performed on a futon on the floor or on a specially adapted table. The client remains fully clothed.

As for Chi Nei Tsang, which also originates from traditional Chinese medicine, it is a massage technique for the internal organs. It works deeply on the viscera, emotions, and vital systems of the body.

The sessions are complemented by simple advice to reinforce the treatment’s effects and enhance vitality. These primarily consist of recommendations related to diet and lifestyle, as well as Eastern health practices: qi gong, do-in (self-massage), breathing techniques, healing sounds, and meditation. Upon request, specific classes can be offered on these topics.

Reconnecting the body and mind, helping them regain their self-regulatory strength, restoring the free flow of vital energy, helping individuals cultivate their own resources, and nurturing awareness—these are the motivations that guide me and that I love to share.
