SHIATSU WORKSHOP FOR 2

An opportunity for the partner to familiarize himself/herself with a few shiatsu techniques in order to provide specific, gentle support to his/her partner.

Also available outside the perinatal period. Just to share a moment of care with a loved one.

SHIATSU: what it is / benefits :

Above all, shiatsu sessions offer you a moment of complete relaxation.

Shiatsu involves all-encompassing pressure on the body, gentle stretching and joint mobilization. Muscles and joints are mobilized, and tissue circulation is improved.

These pressures, linked to the meridians, invite your Ki or vital energy to harmonize and self-regulate.

Generally speaking, shiatsu is a support during stressful moments in life.

It's also simply a way of taking care of yourself.

Shiatsu can help you deal with :

• emotional tension, anxiety, stress
• exhaustion, burn-out
• sleep, menstrual or digestive problems
• muscular tension... for example
• pregnancy and post-partum

Adults and teenagers :

1h/130chf or 30 min/70chf

Children :

45min - 90chf
