My Shiatsu practice is based on over 20 years' professional experience, as well as on the various training courses I've taken over the years (meridian-myofascial, fascia, structural alignment, macrobiotics, etc.). I'm also currently specialising in Craniosacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute in Switzerland.

In addition to my adult clientele, young people from the age of 7 come regularly to my practice to learn how to better manage their stress, whether in their everyday lives or at school (difficulties in everyday life, exams etc.).
