Shiatsu is a complementary therapeutic method that works on the body, mind, and spirit, placing the overall recovery of the human being at the center of the process.

Shiatsu originates from Japan and means “finger pressure.” Through gentle pressure, stretching, and rotations, Shiatsu stimulates the body’s natural self-healing powers and harmonizes the energy flow within the organism.

It helps to regain calm, improve self-awareness, regenerate, recharge energy, and restore natural balance.

My practice is shaped by more than 20 years of experience and the various trainings I have undertaken over the years (myofascial meridians, fascia, structural alignment, Shin Tai, etc.).

In addition, I am currently specializing in Craniosacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute in Switzerland.

As a holder of the Federal Diploma in Complementary Therapy, I am recognized by Visana as well as all complementary health insurance providers in Switzerland.

The cost of a session is 140.– CHF.

Sessions can be paid via TWINT, e-banking, or cash.
