I'm Renata Bosco, a clinical sexologist and couple therapist based in Orbe, in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland. I practice at my sexual, love and emotional health center in Orbe, as well as by teleconsultation.

I accompany individuals and couples who are going through periods of questioning, crisis or misalignment in their intimate and relational lives.

Many consult me because of a drop in desire or libido, sexual difficulties,communication problems, repetitive conflicts,emotional estrangement or a feeling of no longer understanding each other in a relationship.

These situations can generate suffering, confusion and a loss of bearings, both on a personal and marital level.

My support is based on therapeutic approaches adapted to the issues at hand.

In couple therapy, I use emotion-focused therapy (EFT), which is recognized for helping partners to improve communication, calm conflicts and restore emotional security and bonding.

In the field of sexology, I also draw on the Sexocorporel approach, based on humanist approaches, which enables me to address issues of desire, arousal, orgasm, erectile difficulties and the relationship with the body in a therapeutic, verbal and secure setting.

Finally, I pay particular attention to periods of life transition, such as the menopause, which can have an impact on sexuality, body image and the relationship with oneself or with others.

I welcome individuals and couples who wish to be accompanied in the difficulties of their intimate, relational or emotional life, be they sexual issues, personal questioning or tensions within the couple.

Consultations take place at the practice in Orbe, in the canton of Vaud, or by teleconsultation, particularly for people living elsewhere in Switzerland, France or Belgium.

My multidisciplinary approach lies at the intersection of the social sciences and sexology. It aims to offer professional support tailored to each person's life path and specific needs. My practice is based on up-to-date knowledge and a focus on personal, relational and intimate experiences.

My main therapeutic tools include

• Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT)
• the Sexocorporal approach
• contributions from neuroscience and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

In my coaching, I work on emotions, relational patterns, automatic reactions and behaviors, as well as on the intimate and sexual dimension. I also take into account bodily and hormonal changes, particularly those associated with the menopause.
