Ms Natalia Pavalachi Pittet 

Natalia Pavalachi Pittet, clinical sexologist and couple therapist, welcomes adults and couples wishing to better understand their affective, emotional and sexual dynamics. Sexology is concerned with all aspects of intimate and relational life, and offers support in dealing with sexual difficulties, relationship issues and questions about desire or communication within the couple.

Her approach is based on an integrative framework, combining listening, talking and understanding the behavioral, physiological and psychological mechanisms that influence intimate life. She provides support for a wide range of situations, such as reduced or absent desire, erectile dysfunction, rapid ejaculation, anorgasmia, pain during intercourse (vaginismus, dyspareunia), and difficulties experienced by couples during periods of transition or crisis.

She also offers support for complex issues such as adultery, excessive jealousy and sexual dependency. Alongside her clinical work, she develops psycho-sexo-educational content designed to make sexology accessible to the general public in Moldavia and Romania.
