Ms Amélie Denz 

I’m Amélie Denz, currently in the final stages of my training as a sex therapist at ISP in Zurich. My professional journey began in the healthcare field – with a qualification as a healthcare assistant and several years of experience in an acute care hospital. These experiences have deeply shaped my understanding of the body, health, and intimacy.

Today, my goal is to support people in feeling comfortable in their bodies – no matter who they are. In my future work as a sex therapist, I want to accompany individuals with empathy and honesty – regardless of gender, identity, or sexual orientation. It’s about creating a space where desire, closeness, and intimacy can be discovered or rediscovered. Topics like pain during sex, low libido, erection difficulties, or insecurities about one’s own body are just as welcome as the question: “What do I actually want?”

To me, sexuality is a lifelong process of learning – it’s alive, constantly evolving, and can take new forms in every stage of life. I’m deeply passionate about accompanying people on this journey – moving away from shame and toward greater self-acceptance, pleasure, and connection.
